COURT DOCUMENTS – The Alameda Superior Court ruled on July 9, 2021, that UC Berkeley has misunderstood its legal obligations related to increased student enrollment resulting in the failure to consider or report resulting impacts on the surrounding environment as required by the California Environmental Quality Act. The court granted the petition by Save Berkeley’s Neighborhoods for a writ of mandate. Click here for Court Order.
